Convert ticket into travel credits

  • If the flight is canceled or there is a travel ban then the passengers can convert the tickets to the Travel credits corresponding to the unused value and the pristine taxes plus a 5% bonus.
  • The bonus must be applied for the changes made between 26 January 2022 till 15 March 2022.
  • The unused value refers to the unused ticket price before taxes, fees, and surcharges of commission or another change fee.
  • The voucher validity is 2 years up to the purchase date and the changes must be done before the expiry of the travel credit.

Rebook or reroute the ticket

  • The passengers can rebook another flight 60 days after the original departure.
  • The rebooking can be done in the same bookings class or higher within the same cabin class.
  • The date which is selected by the passengers is within the period of validity or within 30 days from the ticket expiry date.
  • For rerouting, fare difference, taxes, and no-show fee shall be collected.

Refund the tickets

  • The passengers can claim a refund without any penalty or excluding TSC.
  • For the domestic flight tickets that were issued starting 01 March 2021, the TSC is refundable for unused portions and non-refundable for the used portions of tickets.

If the flights were not canceled or there is no travel ban

International flights

Tickets booked on or Before 31 January 2022
  • There will be unlimited free bookings for all the fare types i.e. Economy Supersaver, Economy Saver Economy Value, Economy Flex, Premium Economy, Business Value, Business Flex.
  • For the flights between Doha & Dubai, the rebooking must be done at least 24 hours before the original take-off date.
  • For all the remaining PR international routes the rebooking must be done at least 4 days before the original take-off date.
  • If the rebooking was not done at the mentioned time, then there will be some penalties subjected to the fare difference if any.
  • The passengers have to rebook within the same booking class and season. If not then they have to pay the fare difference, taxes and no-show fee shall be collected.

  • The rebooking must be done at least 24 hours before the original take-off date.

Convert to travel credits**

To avoid the no-show fee, the passengers have to make the request for Conversion to travel credits at least 24 hours or within the validity period, whichever comes first.

Important

  • For partially used international travel tickets, Economy Value, Economy Saver and Business Value were not eligible for Convert to travel credits.
  • Remission of Refund service for the conversion request has been made 10 days prior to the flight.

Refund***

To avoid the no-show fee the request for the refund shall be made at least 24 hours prior to the original flight.
